Degree–seeking students have an opportunity to study at IKBFU free of charge if they receive a governmental study quota (scholarship, granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia).
You can receive a quota for the following studies:
- Full-time degree studies
- Preparatory course
- Summer courses
- Short-term studies
The quota covers tuition fee for the whole duration of the study programme.
It does not cover dormitory fee.
To receive a study quota for studying at IKBFU you need to take the following steps:
- Register on future-in-russia.com
- Attach scans of your documents to your application form
- Select the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University as your No.1 priority University
- Choose a study programme
- Submit an application form and wait for the results
