If you leave Kaliningrad even for a day (if you travel to other countries or the mainland Russia (for example, if you visit Moscow, Saint Petersburg or other cities)), you must apply for a registration again and visit the University Visa Department within 1 working day after the arrival.
Please, note that if you move to a hospital or a hotel/hostel (even in Kaliningrad itself) even for a day you also must apply for a registration again and visit the University Visa Department within 1 working day after you return to the Dormitory/ the place of your permanent stay in Kaliningrad.
Pay attention to the map below. It shows the limited access areas marked with pink and green. Those areas have a regulated visit for non-Russian citizens (you have to get a permission to visit them).
