Here is the list of things to take care of within the first 48 hours of your stay in Kaliningrad. Please, keep in mind that all of these steps are highly important – do not miss any of them.

Visa and Registration
| What to do? | Submit documents for registration within 1 working day after your arrival to Kaliningrad |

Item 2
Admission office
| What to do? | Submit your documents to the Admission’s Office if you are a full-time or preparatory course student. |

Item 3
International Office
| What to do? | Meet the specialists of the International Students and Protocol Office; give them your contact information. |
| Where? | A. Nevskogo street 14, Building №2 (Building of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and IT, office 119. |
Item 4
IKBFU Clinical Diagnostic Center
| What to do? | In order to live in the dormitory and attend physical education classes you have to submit all your medical certificates (measles and diphtheria vaccination certificates, chest x-ray examination and other tests) to IKBFU Clinical Diagnostic Center. If you do not have any vaccinations/examination results needed, ask international-study@kantiana.ru what to do. |

Item 5
Center for Socio-Economic Support of Students*
| What to do? | If your application for the dormitory was approved, sign a tenant’s agreement, learn where you are going to stay (address of the dormitory and the room number). You should have your passport with you. |

Item 6
Cashier’s Office**
| What to do? | Get a document (invoice) to pay for accommodation and /or tuition in room 222. Then pay at the Cashier’s Office located on the same floor. |

| What to do? | Learn the location of your institute, schedule and room numbers. |
